Integrity Concepts Integrity Concepts offers air conditioning savings up to 75% with guaranteed cooling costs on luxury homes
Integrity Concepts Custom Homes is introducing an innovative program of guaranteed heating and cooling expenses on its luxury homes in Rockwall and Heath. Heating and cooling expenses are guaranteed for the first two years of home ownership. If costs exceed the guarantee by more than 10 percent, the homeowner will be reimbursed for the difference.

Separate meters installed on the heating and cooling units give homeowners an opportunity to monitor their climate control usage. "All of our homes exceed Energy Star requirements and are green-built to meet Department of Energy specifications," says partner Ed Hurst. "We use recycled materials whenever possible, and landscaping is carefully selected for minimal water requirements." Integrity Concepts homes are priced from the $300s to $1.5 million. Homeowners can expect to save as much as 50 to 75% on heating and cooling expenses compared to similarly sized homes.

The company recently completed construction of a 5,234-square-foot home located on a 3/4 acre homesite overlooking a pond in Wyndemere in Heath. Heating and cooling costs are guaranteed not to exceed $95 per month for the first two years of homeownership. "With a lot of older 5,000-square-foot homes, you could easily spend hundreds of dollars more a month for air conditioning during our hot Texas summers," adds Hurst. "But our homes incorporate the latest energy-saving technology, such as high-quality LowE windows, foam insulation, radiant roof barriers, and tankless on-demand hot water heaters."

This recently completed home is priced at $1.18 million and includes four bedrooms plus a study, 4.5 baths, three separate living areas, a three-car garage, and an outdoor kitchen overlooking the pond. The master suite and a guest suite are downstairs. A dramatic curved staircase leads upstairs to a huge gameroom, separate media room, and two bedroom suites.

Especially impressive is the outdoor kitchen and expansive covered back patio, which includes a fireplace, built-in DCS grill, and sink. A niche above the outdoor fireplace is pre-wired for a plasma TV.

Integrity Concepts Custom Homes has also been named as finalists for the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas- Vesta Awards which recognizes excellence in Custom home building and remodeling.

Homes in two separate communities are named as finalists, the Boydstun Estates home in Rockwall is listed as "Best Architectural Design - under $775,000" and "Best Curb Appeal - under $600,000."

The Wyndemere Home in Heath is a finalist in "Best Master Bedroom", " Best Architectural Design - between $775,000 $ $1,250,000", "Best Interior Design - under $1,000,000", "Best Interior Entry/Foyer - between $775,000 & $1,250,000", "Best Curb Appeal - between $775,000 & $1,250,000."
